Customer Responsibilities

Payment terms

Payment terms are set forth in the agreement between MEDIAID and the Customer. Timely payment is important to ensure uninterrupted services. Fees may apply for late payment.

Service Delivery

MEDIAID is committed to providing services with the utmost professionalism and efficiency. However, unexpected circumstances may impact the timeline. We will communicate immediately in such cases.

Privacy

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during our interaction. This includes, but is not limited to, business strategies, technologies, and customer data.

Compliance with Regulations

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their operations comply with relevant local, regional and international regulations relating to biomedical waste management, laundry and waste water treatment.

Intellectual property

Any intellectual property developed during the course of our services will remain the property of MEDIAID unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Termination of Services

Either party has the right to terminate the services with written notice. Termination may be subject to specific conditions mentioned in the contract.

Liability

Although every effort is made to provide reliable and effective services, MEDIAID is not liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental damages arising from the use of our services.

Dispute resolution

In case of disputes, both parties agree to negotiate in good faith to resolve the issue. If a solution cannot be reached, the matter may be escalated to mediation or arbitration.

Amendment of Terms

MEDIAID reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions. Customers will be notified of any changes, and continued engagement constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
